Agritourist Cooperative of Esimi
The Esimi Cooperative produces, packs and distributes to the market a great range of herbs like oregano, linden and chamomile as well as homemade liqueurs and pies (cheese pie, spinach and greens pies etc).
In the traditional tavern in Esimi you can find a great range of traditional dishes prepared with care and gusto by the women of the Cooperative. The dishes include kilintiria, roasted goat, kneaded bread, pulses, vegetable dishes, pan cakes and preserves. The home made pasta, like yiufkades and trachanas is the specialty of the women in the Cooperative.
